How long will it take for a marketing or informational web site design?
Most information sites take 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I own the intellectual property rights of the application or web site?
Jennings Development does not sale or transfer intellectual property rights and will always file any works with the United States Copy right Office. This is an Industry standard embraced by all "professional" companies. This policy is enforced for protection of both the interest of our clients and Jennings Development. This policy prevents any client or development company from trying to “Quick Deed” your site out from under you.

How much will a web site design or web application cost?

Will you host my web site?
Jennings Development is not a hosting company, however, we do refer anyone interested in hosting to Dream Host, the hosting company we use. We have been hosting with them for 3 years and they are a great company!

Can I host my application anywhere once it is completed?
Yes. Your application can be hosted with any hosting company that can provide the following three criteria:

1. The PHP engine.
2. Zend Optimizer
3. MySQL

We will work with the hosting company of your choice if you feel the need to use a hosting plan other than our hosting affiliate Dream Host.

What programming language will my site be written in?
Jennings Development primarily uses PHP, HTML, and Java Script using a MySQL database.

Does Jennings Development offer a service contract?
Yes. Jennings Development offers service and maintenance contracts but only on applications or web sites developed by Jennings Development.

Does Jennings Development develop on location?
Jennings Development will come on site when used in a consulting role for a clients project, to gather project requirements. We are not a recruiting or technical staffing company.

Does Jennings Development design marketing material or flash sites?
No, although we are a web site marketing company we do not build informational marketing material for print, just for web use.

Does Jennings Development undertake projects in Dallas, Texas only?
No. We will work on any project that meets our business model and areas of professional experience.
